The Company decided to make a strategic change and make compound chocolate in 1952.
\nAfter years of chocolate making we had noticed that chocolate bars from all the manufacturers melted in the shops<\/strong> and at home.
\nWhat was the solution? <\/strong>To produce a compound chocolate using the same process we employed to make chocolate. We achieved the highest levels of quality and a product that was more heat resistant.
