As we our fully confident of our ability to produce compound chocolate of a very high quality, we leverage our entire manufacturing process for any type of compound chocolate coating.
The refining process is carried out in two distinct stages, favouring the development of some very regular-sized particles.
With a lengthy stage of conching, we obtain a very smooth and aromatic product, ensuring that the coating of compound chocolate will adjust to the product during the process of industrial coating.
